AAJA Philly is once again offering our annual Curley Scholarship, which covers the cost of your AAJA national convention registration. Because the convention is virtual again this year, we have a lot of scholarships to offer, so please apply! It’s open to both students and professionals.
Please apply here by end of day, Friday, Aug. 6.
AAJA Convention 2021 will take place online August 24-28. The Curley scholarship will cover the early bird rates for current AAJA members ($175 professional/$50 student through Aug. 7). If you are not a current AAJA member and are concerned about the cost of joining, please fill out our chapter’s professional relief fund application and we can help subsidize your membership cost too.
The Curley Scholarship is provided through the generosity of our longtime chapter supporter John Curley, former president, chairman and CEO of the Gannett company.
We will notify all recipients before Aug. 7 so you have time to register with the early bird rate. If you have questions, please email philadelphia@aaja.org!
