We wish we could all truly share a meal, family style, but in lieu of that: AAJA Philly is hosting a virtual dinner for our chapter next Friday, August 14 at 6:30 p.m. as part of this year’s virtual AAJA convention.
Here’s the deal:
- Order food from your fave Asian spot (or OK, wherever you want, we’re not enforcing that; here are some ideas from the Asian American Chamber of Commerce in Philly).
- Send us the receipt. We’ll reimburse you, up to $30, via Venmo or check.
- Meet us on ~~~Zoom~~~ We’ll send a link as it gets closer.
You don’t have to be an AAJA member or attend AAJA Fest in order to participate in this dinner, but: We still have money left in our Curley scholarship and AAJA extended the early bird rate for convention. What we’re saying is, if you wanna go, we will pay for it. Apply here!
