From August 21 through 24, 850+ members of the Asian American Journalists Association (as well as other journalists, news executives, and community leaders) gathered in New York City for the National Convention. From sessions to seminars, and newsroom tactics to networking events, the convention concluded with the 24th Annual Gala Scholarship and Awards Banquet, featuring keynote speaker, Ann Curry.
